New Vacuum Furnace Adds to Brazing Capabilities
In addition to the new facility, equipment plays a role in expanding our brazing capabilities. One key piece of equipment is our new large vacuum aluminum brazing furnace. This new furnace will join our existing furnace at our new Exeter facility, to add vacuum aluminum brazing throughput capacity, reduced downtime risk by equipment duplication, as well as an increase in our vacuum brazing part size capabilities. Our existing furnace will also be receiving a controls upgrade to match the new furnace software and controls hardware. After 14 months of design and manufacturing, the new vacuum furnace is being transported, to be installed in our new facility.
